Who is it for? - Unrepresented members who might be going to court or who might be taken to court (typically the small claims section of the County Court) … or are simply interested to hear what Alan has to say!

Aim: To give some tips about procedures, winning and survival.

Background: I am not a lawyer, and have no legal training. However, I have sometimes needed to be involved in the law for myself or for a friend. My experience may be useful to u3a members who are not using a solicitor.

Best message: Avoid going to law if you can. It is very stressful, very consuming.

Alan will share his experience and dispense tips in his own inimitable style.
Booking is essential and places limited; please book a place at the Monthly Meeting or email u3adarlington@gmail.com
