This minibreak is organised by Just for Groups for Darlington u3a.  Just for Groups’ ABTA number is V6237.

Included in the Cost:

-Pick up from and return to one of five points in Darlington

-2 nights’ Dinner, Bed and Breakfast at the Holiday Inn, Aylesbury

(3-course, 3-choice Dinner followed by tea or coffee; en-suite bedroom; full English breakfast)

-Excursions including a privately guided tour for the first 30 members to book (public tours also available for additional members) 

-Gratuities for Hotel staff and Driver

Cost:

The final cost will depend on uptake;  it will be a maximum of £373 if there are 24 members, and could be significantly less if more people book.  The final cost can be calculated once Deposits are paid and numbers are finalised;  we can notify members of the balancing payment due as soon as possible after 11^th March 2026. Extras:

Single room supplement of £25 per person per night (£50 total cost per room) will be included in your balancing payment due by 13^th May 2026.

Just for Groups can provide optional Insurance cover at a premium of £18 per person including a £5 arrangement fee.  You should read the associated Insurance Policy Summary Form and be aware of your (conditional) right to cancel the policy within 14 days of receipt of the policy document if it does not meet your needs.  Please note that Darlington u3a is passing on the offer by Just for Groups to arrange this insurance cover and this should not be seen as a recommendation.

Special Requirements:

Members who have Special Requirements, in particular mobility issues, should complete and return a Specific Requirements Information Form.  Just for Groups will endeavour to do their best to assist with any special request they are made aware of although this cannot be guaranteed.
